COLLECTION AND PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING

Luxury Mods collects personal data on any User browsing, consulting and ordering on our Site, in particular through the use of cookies in accordance with current legislation.

This data collection takes place when the User:

create an account
subscribe to the Luxury Mods Newsletter
places an order or a return request on the site

The data collected is necessary for the following processing:

Management and monitoring of commercial relations between Luxury Mods and the customer (in particular operations relating to orders, deliveries and returns, transactions, payments and invoices, complaints, etc.).

ACCOUNT CREATION, FORMS AND QUESTIONNAIRES

The User must complete all fields of the account creation form or any information entry form on the Site with the exception of fields displayed as optional, i.e. not marked with an asterisk. Optional information is collected by Luxury Mods and allow us to better understand the Users of the Site.

All information marked with an asterisk is mandatory. The User must respond.

Any failure to respond will result in non-creation of an account or non-validation of the information entry form. Luxury Mods will not respond to the User's requests.

DATA DESTINATION

The data collected is intended for the use of Luxury Mods . The data may be transmitted to banking establishments including Paypal, police services as part of legal and accounting requisitions.

The data may also be processed by subcontractors to whom Luxury Mods appeals in the context of the personalization of the contents of the Site, the shipping of orders, the recovery of debts, the prevention and the fight against fraud.

RIGHT OF ACCESS, RECTIFICATION AND DELETION

At the end of this period, the customer or prospect's data will be anonymized.

However, information enabling proof of a right or a contract to be established, or retained for compliance with a legal obligation, may be archived in accordance with the legal provisions in force.

FATE OF PERSONAL DATA AFTER DEATH

Luxury Mods informs the User that he can define, during his lifetime, guidelines relating to the conservation, erasure and communication of his personal data after his death. This service allows the customer to leave a review on the Site for a purchased product and to share their experience. Published reviews are publicly accessible and available on the Site at any time. The customer authorizes Luxury Mods to publish and communicate on the Site its opinion on the product. The opinion must not constitute a message of a defamatory, insulting, tortious, vulgar, slanderous nature towards third parties, natural or legal persons, racist, inciting discrimination, damaging the honor/reputation of others , violent or pornographic, and more generally, not in compliance with current legislation.

SOCIAL MEDIA PLUGINS

The Site uses social network plugins such as Facebook, Instagram (hereinafter “Social Networks”).
