Article 8: Guarantee - Returns - Refunds - Withdrawal

The items provided by https://luxury-mods.fr/ are new and guaranteed against any defect. They are identical to those of traditional commerce and come from all the referenced publishers and suppliers.

If an item is defective or non-compliant, the buyer has 15 working days from receipt of the items to request an exchange or refund. If the fifteen (15) day period normally expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended until the next working day.

The customer must return new or unused items in their entirety and in their original packaging, intact, accompanied by all possible accessories, instructions and documentation (in their original cellophane packaging imperatively and with the corresponding invoice). In such a situation, the buyer must send proof of the defect(s) to contact@luxury-mods.fr (description and photos attached).

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, Luxury Mods® is required to reimburse the sums paid by the customer, free of charge, with the exception of return costs. The refund is due within a maximum of 14 working days from the date of receipt of the returned package(s).

The return shipping costs will then be your responsibility.

In case of refund, we guarantee that it will be made within 14 days or less following the date of receipt of the returned package. No cash on delivery shipments will be accepted, whatever the reason.

THIS RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL IS NOT APPLICABLE TO PERSONALIZED, CUSTOM-MADE AND/OR CREATED EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE CUSTOMER ITEMS .

These items will then neither be taken back nor exchanged.
