When will I receive my order?

It takes our team between 10 and 18 working days to process your order, manufacture the products and deliver them (free of charge). We make every effort to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, without compromising the quality of our merchandise.

However, during the holiday season or sales periods, these lead times may be increased by 5 to 10 working days.

Can I cancel my order?

It is possible to cancel your order! However, only if the order has not yet been shipped. Once you've received your order, you can take advantage of your right to cancel and return the items to us.

I would like to return an item

We are only able to accept returns in the event of a proven product defect.

Our products undergo strict quality controls before each shipment. However, if your products show any manufacturing defect, please send us a photo of the product in question (in the original packaging if possible) to contact@luxury-mods.fr, together with your order number. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
